Your health is important to you and your family. I have two young children - I understand the toll this takes - but I believe every parent can be stronger, healthier and fitter than they ever were before.
Good fitness is a balance of strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, stability and flexibility. My training methods target all these areas and are tailored to suit each client’s exercise history, needs and goals.
In every session, I choose exercises that will use your own body weight to strengthen the muscles from the inside out. This creates a strong foundation to build on, while protecting against injury. You will train your joints and muscles to work together, and your upper and lower body to work simultaneously for a super strong core.
In order to achieve your health and fitness goals, what you decide to eat and when is important. It’s not about denying yourself, but gaining a balanced and healthy attitude towards food. One that focuses more on what your body needs in the long run, rather than what your head might want in the short term.

Flexibility of training location and time is key for all my clients, as many have very busy work & family life schedules. At home, in the office or in your favourite outdoor space. Wherever is best for you and at a time that is convenient to you, I will endeavour to accommodate your needs.
I keep in touch with my clients between sessions to ensure they are staying on track towards their goals and know that they have someone to whom they are accountable and to ask questions as they arise.
I offer both one-on-one and two person training sessions. Discussion of your exercise history, needs and goals however is always conducted in private even if you are training with a friend or partner, in order to ensure confidentiality of information and effective establishment of individual fitness & health goals.
I am an internationally accredited personal trainer with PTA Global. I moved to HK from Sydney, Australia in 2012 and have been in the fitness industry for 15 years.
Growing up in Australia, sports have always been a big part of my life. As a child I competed in various team sports and so as an adult it seemed natural to keep doing what I enjoyed best. I went to university to study psychology and management, and then gained my personal training qualifications. Having my family really brought home how important maintaining your health and fitness are to me, and I have been working hard to help my clients enjoy life to the full ever since.
My focus as a fitness professional is to understand the needs, wants, goals, abilities and exercise history of my clients, and then tailor a program that suits these in order to ensure results are reached in the most effective and sustainable way.
I not only specialise in customising programs, but also look to assist my clients in a mindset change. How people see themselves and their understanding of the effect that food and lifestyle choices have on their body is a huge part of the overall process of reaching your fitness goals and attaining long-term health & lifestyle change.
I have a keen interest and focus on building muscle and fine-tuning the body so it works as a well-oiled, metabolic machine. Weight training is therefore a big part of my life, allowing me to compete in body building competitions, running events, and a variety of sports. To me fitness and health is an art form. I enjoy setting and attaining goals that positively challenge my physical, mental and emotional state of being.
